Training Continues

New Caddies Train at Home Courses

All new caddies should have received, or are in the process of receiving, training from their home courses at this point. Each course will have their own set of processes and procedures that they want their caddies to follow.

If you are a new caddy and haven't been to any training at your home course yet, please email Mike immediately.

Evans Fun Night A Hit!

Great Food & Great Hosts

On Saturday April 25th, participants of the MMJGA invaded the Evans House at the University of Minnesota. The Evans Scholars, who live in the house and attend the U of M, were great hosts and proved to be outstanding role models for the MMJGA kids. They grilled out hot dogs and hamburgers and provided an endless supply of chips and pop to complement the meal. Throughout the evening the kids played foosball, bubble hockey, pool, ping-pong and watched sports on the big screen TV.

The event was definitely a hit with all who attended and a reminder of what college life could be like with some hard work both in the classroom, on the course and in the community. All winners of an Evans scholarship get free tuition along with the outstanding accomodations at the Evans House.

Summer Golf At Theo Wirth

Monday Morning Golf

All participants in the MMJGA are invited to play golf on Monday mornings once school lets out in June. We will be playing at the Theodore Wirth 9 hole course every Monday throughout the summer. If you're interested in playing, please start putting that day on your calendar. There will be more information in the next newsletter about possible transportation and exact times.
